Event Pooper Scooper Services in East Orlando, FL

Before and after event yard cleanup in East Orlando, Oviedo, Winter Springs, Waterford Lakes and Avalon Park. Book ahead of your party or community event.

There is a particular kind of dread that comes with hosting outdoors in Central Florida. You have the guest list handled and the food sorted, and then two days out you look at the backyard and realize the part nobody wants to deal with is the part guests will be standing in.

Why the yard is the hard part here

Outdoor events in East Orlando run into a set of conditions that do not apply in cooler places.

Heat pushes odor up. A yard that reads as fine at nine in the morning can be noticeable by three in the afternoon, which is precisely when your event is happening. Warm, humid air holds smell close to the ground, right where people are standing and children are sitting.

The rainy season does not check your calendar. From June into September an afternoon storm is the default, not the exception. A downpour the night before an event does not rinse the yard clean. It softens whatever is out there, spreads it into the low spots and leaves the grass wet enough that anything underfoot ends up on shoes and then on a patio or a floor.

Nothing has time to dry out and disappear. Grass grows year round here, and St. Augustine turf has a thick thatch layer that hides waste well past the point where it has broken down. Guests do not see it. They find it.

Fire ants complicate the barefoot yard. Neglected ground is attractive to them, and a lawn where kids are running around barefoot is not a place you want to be discovering ant beds during a party.

Cleanup after is worse than cleanup before. If guests brought dogs, or if your own dogs were out during the event, you are looking at a yard that got heavier use than usual and a next morning nobody has energy for.

What event service actually looks like

Two visits, or one, depending on what you need.

Before the event, we do a full grid pass of the property rather than a quick sweep of the visible lawn. That means fence lines, the shaded side yard where dogs habitually go, around landscaping and low shrubs, patio edges and any part of the yard a storm has redistributed things into. Everything gets bagged and hauled away with us, not left in your bin to sit in the heat until your regular pickup day.

After the event, if you want it, we come back and reset the yard. This is the one people forget to book and then wish they had, especially for dog friendly gatherings, community events and anything where the guest count was high.

We handle backyard parties and barbecues, graduation and birthday gatherings, outdoor weddings and receptions, HOA and community events, and pet friendly events where the whole point is that dogs are welcome. You do not need to be home for the pre event visit, which is useful given that the day before an event is usually the day you are running errands.

What it costs

Event cleanups are priced as one time visits. That starts at $119.95 for one or two dogs, $149.95 for three, $179.95 for four, scaling up through eight dogs. Those are starting points. Lot size and how long it has been since the yard was last handled both move the number, and a property that has gone untouched for a couple of months is more work than one that has been kept up.

If you want both a before and an after visit, each one is priced as its own service. For a community or commercial event, or a property larger than a standard residential lot, ask for a quote rather than assuming the residential number applies.

One genuinely useful thing to know: if you host outdoors more than occasionally, a standing plan with a pooper scooper service in Orlando is often cheaper than repeated event cleanups. Weekly service is $23.95 a visit, or $103.70 a month, and every other week is $20.95 a visit. At that rate the yard is simply always ready and event prep stops being a thing you schedule.

Where we cover

We serve East Orlando and the communities around it: Oviedo, Winter Springs, Waterford Lakes and Avalon Park, across ZIP codes 32765, 32792, 32817, 32822, 32825, 32826, 32828, 32829 and 32833. That covers the compact lots in the newer subdivisions, the established neighborhoods with heavy tree cover, and the larger properties further east where an outdoor event usually means more ground to walk.

The usual questions

How far ahead should I book? Ideally several days. Weekends fill up, and the morning of an event is a bad time to discover we are already booked. A day or two before the event is the sweet spot for the pre event visit, close enough that the yard stays clean and far enough out that you are not cutting it fine.

Is it too late to call? Ask. Sometimes there is room. Call (407) 378-6525 rather than assuming there is not.

Do I need to be home? No. We need gate access and we need dogs secured inside or in a separate area while we work. That is it.

What if it storms the day before? We work in normal Florida rain. If conditions are genuinely unsafe we will contact you and reschedule rather than doing a poor job in a downpour, and for an event booking we will always tell you rather than leave you wondering.

Is it worth it for a small gathering? That depends on your yard, not your guest list. If the grass is already in decent shape, probably not. If it has been a few weeks and it is July, your guests will notice.
