Yard odor in East Orlando is not a summer problem you wait out. It is a year round one. It is also not permanent. It is a reset. Dogs keep using the yard, rain keeps flushing things down through the sand, and odor rebuilds on a schedule that depends mostly on how many dogs you have and how much of the yard they use.

Start with how many dogs

This matters more than yard size.

One dog, average lot. Most single dog households in Avalon Park or Waterford Lakes do fine with consistent waste pickup plus a treatment a few times a year, usually heading into the rainy season and again on the back end of it. If pickup is happening weekly and nobody is complaining, you may not need this at all.
