A one time cleanup is priced by volume, not by acreage, which means the shape of your neighborhood affects the job more than the size of your lot does. We work a wide footprint out of Manhattan, and the yards are genuinely different from one end of it to the other.

That changes the job: the waste is more scattered and less concentrated, so a careful grid walk takes longer even when the total volume is similar to a city lot.

What a one time cleanup actually is

It is a full reset. We walk the entire yard on a grid rather than eyeballing the obvious spots, work fence lines, deck skirts, shrub beds and side yards, bag everything, and haul it off the property. Old, weathered, partially broken down waste comes out too. That is the part most people cannot face and the reason they call.

You do not have to be home. You do not have to warn us about how bad it is. There is no version of a Manhattan backyard that we have not seen, and there is no upcharge for embarrassment. The only things we need are yard access and to know whether a dog will be out.
