Spring is also when the yard becomes usable again. Kids head back outside, patios open up, and nobody wants to burn a Saturday clearing three months of backlog by hand. The pattern that works best here is a one time cleanup in March or April to reset the yard, then regular service to keep it that way. Thick spring turf hides more than people realize, which is why a slow, deliberate sweep beats a quick lap around the obvious spots.

Summer: dry heat, irrigation, and flies

Summers in the Grand Valley are hot and very dry, and that pulls a yard in two directions at once. We walk the yard in a pattern, work the fence lines and the shrub beds where things get missed, bag everything we find, and haul it off the property. We do not leave bags in your bin unless you ask us to. Gates get latched behind us every single time, and you get a notification when the visit is finished, so you know it is safe to let the dogs back out.

You do not need to be home. Most of our customers here are at work when we come through, and that is largely the point of hiring a dog poop removal service in the first place.

Pricing

Weekly service for one dog starts at $13.00 per visit, which comes out to roughly $56.33 per month. Every other week service for one dog starts around $47.00 per month. Those are starting points for one dog on a typical yard, and the quote moves with additional dogs and larger properties.

If the yard has not been cleaned in a while, there is a first cleanup fee of $45, plus $20 for each additional five gallon bucket we haul out. That covers the backlog so regular service starts from a clean yard.
